Disodium phosphate (Na₂HPO₄) is a versatile additive used across many food-processing applications. It functions as a stabilizer, acidity regulator, water retention agent, and anti-caking agent.
Widely applied in dairy products, processed meats, sauces, dehydrated preparations, and instant beverages, it improves texture, shelf life, and protein dispersion.
Supplied as a white crystalline powder, fully soluble in water, it has a minimum purity of 99%. The product complies with Codex and FCC standards (E339(ii)) and is GMO-free, allergen-free, and non-toxic.
