Chimtec juice emulsions are designed to stabilize flavors and essential oils in non-alcoholic beverages, syrups, and fruit concentrates. They ensure a homogeneous appearance, stable texture, and attractive visual effect (cloudy appearance).

Formulated using gum arabic, CMC, fatty acid esters, and propylene glycol, they guarantee uniform dispersion of hydrophobic components in aqueous phases. Stability is validated across a wide pH range (2.5 to 6.5) and under pasteurization conditions.

Each batch is supplied with physicochemical data including density, droplet size, viscosity, and UV compatibility. Products comply with Codex, FDA, and EU regulations.
