Color and Functional Concentrates for Plastics
Chimtec masterbatches are concentrated mixtures of pigments or additives dispersed in a polymer carrier resin. They are used to color plastics or impart specific functional properties.
Available masterbatches include:
- Color masterbatches (standard and custom shades),
- Additive masterbatches (UV protection, anti-block, anti-slip, flame retardant),
- White and black masterbatches with controlled dispersion.
Designed for easy incorporation and consistent performance across extrusion and injection processes.
Advantages: uniform coloration, improved dispersion, ease of handling, and reduced dusting.
